This temple was established with the efforts of Late Shri.Rajkumarji Parasrampuria on the auspicious day of Gudi Padwa i.e., on 26th March 1982. The Temple was inaugurated by the trustee of Shri Sai Darshan Mandir Trust Late Shri.Rajkumar Parasrampuria.

In the beginning, only the idol of Sai Baba was inaugurated and hence the name of the Mandir came to be known as Shri Sai Darshan Mandir. Gradually the temple was developed by the trust members and with the blessings of Shirdi Sai Baba now there are 17 temples in all under one roof in the temple premises and hence the devotees can not only see all the Gods and Goddesses at one place but also worship idol of their faith.

The Idols of Shri Babosa Maharaj, Shani Dev, Hanuman, Dattatreya, Jalaram Bappa, Pitru Dev, Sitla Mata, Rani Sati Dadi, Bhagawan Shankar with Nandi, Shri Sai Baba, Ambe Mata, Shri Ramdevji Pir, Ganesh along with Riddhi and Siddhi, Khatuwale Shyam Baba, Jeen Mata, Bhairavnath, Shri Ram Darbar and Shri Radha Krishna are present in the temple premises.
